Job summary

Marks Sattin is partnering with a rapidly scaling fintech in London to recruit a central FP&A lead. This role shapes financial planning, performance analysis, and reporting while partnering with senior leadership on strategic and board-level initiatives.

You will own monthly management accounts, rolling forecasts, and multi-year plans, building three-statement models for scenario planning and providing actionable commentary to drive profitable decisions.

Qualifications

• Fintech/Payments or Financial Services experience.
• Experience in a similar FP&A function.
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, ideally from Big 4.
• Strong project experience with implementations and automations.
• Experience using AI to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts creation and enhancement.
• Maintain rolling forecasts, budgets and multi-year plans.
• Develop and update integrated three-statement models for scenario planning.
• Conduct variance analysis with actionable leadership commentary.
• Build frameworks to assess margins and profitability across products.
• Develop pricing analysis models for revenue and unit economics.
• Create dashboards to track margin trends and issues.
• Collaborate with commercial/operational teams on cost allocation.
• Prepare monthly board materials and investor reporting.
• Work with Finance Data Analyst on data definitions and quality.
