Job summary

Spandex is seeking a junior financial analyst to join the international Group Finance team in Bristol. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and analysis to deliver high-quality financial insight while supporting growth across our international business.

You will gain exposure to digitalisation initiatives, reporting systems like Power BI and SAP, and work with cross-country teams in a hybrid Bristol setting.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA newly qualified.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation capability.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Group budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
• Preparing financial analyses and management reports for senior leadership.
• Analysing performance, identifying trends and highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Supporting cash flow, bank and statutory reporting requirements.
• Assisting international Finance Controllers with reporting and analysis needs.
• Supporting ad-hoc Group projects and finance initiatives.
