Job summary

APEM Group is seeking a part-qualified finance professional to join the FP&A team in Stockport. You will develop Power BI dashboards, automate reporting and provide insights to support budgeting and forecasting.

The role blends finance with data, reporting and business transformation across international teams, with occasional travel and flexible hours. Office-based with weekly presence expected.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified accountant with ambition to complete professional qualification.
• Experience in management accounts, financial analysis or MI in a finance environment.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent Power BI capability including data modelling and dashboard development.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting and FP&A processes.

Responsibilities

• Own financial and operational reporting datasets and improve Power BI dashboards.
• Automate reporting and provide analysis to support budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Financial Controls, Finance Operations and Systems teams to improve financial information.
• Lead finance integration work and data harmonisation across the business.
