Altro Group in Hertfordshire seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting across the Floors & Walls and Autoglym businesses.

You will develop Power BI dashboards and support the implementation of the Vena EPM system, delivering clear financial insight to drive decision making.

Hybrid role (3 days in office) with private medical cover, a competitive salary and opportunities to lead finance transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience.
• Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and long-range planning.
• Proven ability to consolidate financial plans across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, forecasting and reporting processes across the Group.
• Develop Power BI dashboards for insightful reporting and decision support.
• Support the implementation of the Vena EPM system and finance transformation initiatives.
