Zusammenfassung

MediaKind is seeking an FP&A Analyst to own revenue and COGS forecasting, reporting and analysis. You will build models, reconcile to the GL, and explain movements to non-finance leaders. The role collaborates with Sales, Operations and Customer Delivery in a hybrid Southampton setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in FP&A, advanced Excel skills, and experience with ERP/CRM systems. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential for timely, accurate insights.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in FP&A, financial analysis or similar finance role
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Direct experience forecasting revenue and analyzing gross margin/COGS
• Advanced Excel with lookups, pivot tables, multi-tab models
• Knowledge of ERP (Oracle) and CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce)
• Clear written and spoken communication; explain variance to sales leaders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work

Aufgaben

• Own revenue and COGS forecasting by division, customer and type (subscription, usage, license, services, support)
• Reconcile forecasts with actuals, invoicing, and sales pipeline in one view
• Track backlog, open orders, and variance commentary on revenue
• Forecast COGS split between direct/indirect costs and calculate gross margin
• Run monthly close for gross margin and produce management pack pages
