Job summary

Goodman Masson is collaborating with a PE-backed technology business to recruit an FP&A Analyst. You will report to the Head of FP&A and work closely with senior leaders to influence commercial decisions and drive change.

Applicants should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or have 2–3 years in FP&A, with strong Excel modelling and a highly commercial mindset. Excellent communication skills are essential to challenge and inform senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or 2–3 years PQE in FP&A.
• Strong Excel modelling and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, own and maintain complex financial models for decision making.
• Partner with commercial teams to translate data into actionable insights.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for business cases.
• Identify trends and risks to spot opportunities for the business.
• Support FP&A leadership in implementing new financial software and processes.
