Job summary

RLB International in London is seeking an FPA Data Automation Analyst to join the Finance team. You will build scalable reporting frameworks, manage ETL of ERP data, automate workflows (Alteryx) and support long-range planning and multi-jurisdiction cash flow modelling.

You will partner with IT and BI teams, improve data quality, and help standardise tools to enable data-driven decision making. A strong FP&A background with advanced Excel and ETL experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A experience within finance/accounting.
• Experience in a consultancy organisation with multiple currencies.
• A strong finance education with experience in the wider finance team outside of FP&A.
• Advanced Excel capabilities (formulas, Power Query, VBA) and ability to automate manual processes.
• Strong experience with ETL and data tools such as Alteryx, Knime, SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI.
• Excellent data communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to stakeholders.
• Prior experience with Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and Project Operations) and ERP implementation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Building scalable reporting frameworks to meet the demands of a fast-growing business.
• ETL of ERP data for use in business reporting, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Manage and maintain process automation workflows used by the Finance team and wider organisation (Alteryx).
• Develop and maintain models for long range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and multi jurisdiction cash flow modelling.
• Partner with the wider business to understand needs and develop standardised commercial tools for data-driven decisions.
• Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and integrity across multiple source systems.
