The FP&A Analyst will be part of a team of 8, reporting directly to the FP&A Director. The role involves delivering tools for performance analysis and forecasts to support business decisions across the estate.

You will support standardisation and excellence in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for revenue and costs within your remit. Collaboration with other analysts to create tools, reports, and analysis is essential.

The role requires influencing senior stakeholders and combining strategic thinking with a proactive attitude. Key stakeholders include Accounting & Control, Commercial Finance Managers, Hotel Leadership, and General Managers.

Main tasks include developing complex forecasting tools, managing payroll forecast reports, month-end reporting, and supporting ad-hoc analysis requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance
• Strong analytical skills for complex financial data
• Proficiency in Excel, including macros and VBA
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
