Job Title: FP&A Analyst

We’re excited to announce that our finance team at Culligan UK is expanding, and we are looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our team based in Wolverhampton. In this position, you'll work directly with our FP&A Director and play a key role in supporting our CDW UK reporting and planning functions. Our FP&A department focuses on strategic planning, managing financial models, conducting scenario analyses, and identifying Risks and Opportunities. You will also own maintaining financial models and HFM uploads, providing strategic insights, and collaborating with finance stakeholders to stay on track with our planning cycle.

Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed Budget, Forecast, and LRP models covering P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow, ensuring timely and accurate inputs in partnership with Finance Business Partners/Financial Control.
2. Upload Budget/Forecast and LRP values to HFM Planning, ensuring reconciliation of values.
3. Create standardized outputs to explain movements in Budget, Forecast, and LRP, including variances in volume, price, and mix.
4. Perform financial analysis of results, focusing on key drivers and KPI performance.
5. Assist the FP&A Director in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior leadership and functional heads for business reviews.
6. Support scenario analysis and develop the risks and opportunities schedule.
7. Maintain data integrity and quality control of financial data, implementing necessary checks and balances; collaborate within Finance to ensure data accuracy.
8. Contribute to business planning for investments, KPIs, and new projects.
9. Participate in Finance Transformation initiatives, including process improvements, software updates, automation, and system enhancements.
10. Conduct ad hoc analyses to address key business questions.
