Ingram Micro, a leading technology company, seeks an FP&A Analyst – Commercial Finance Partner in Northwich. The role focuses on shaping commercial decisions, profitability, and growth through close collaboration with Sales, Operations and senior leaders.

The role goes beyond traditional reporting, offering business partnering, financial challenge on contracts and pricing decisions, and strategic insight across complex initiatives within our technology services division.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling capability.

Responsibilities

Location: Northwich – Hybrid

This role follows a hybrid working pattern, 3 days a week in office - candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Northwich office.

We're looking for an FP&A Analyst – Commercial Finance Business Partner to join Comms-Care, where you'll play a key role in shaping commercial decisions, driving profitability, and supporting long-term business growth.

This isn't a traditional reporting role. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, and senior leaders, providing commercial insight and financial challenge on complex customer contracts, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with business leaders to support commercial decision-making and business performance.
• Providing financial insight on new business opportunities, contract renewals, and commercial initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or Management Accounting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel capability.
• Commercial awareness and confidence influencing stakeholders across the business.
• The ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
• Experience within technology, managed services, recurring revenue, or services-based businesses would be advantageous.
• A proactive, curious, and solutions-focused mindset.
