Ingram Micro is seeking an FP&A Analyst – Commercial Finance Business Partner to join Comms-Care. You will shape commercial decisions, drive profitability, and support long-term growth by partnering with Sales, Operations and senior leadership.

You will provide financial insight on new opportunities, contracts, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives, delivering actionable reporting and challenging assumptions to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or Management Accounting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with advanced Excel capability.
• Commercial awareness and confidence influencing stakeholders across the business.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
• Experience in technology, managed services, recurring revenue, or services-based businesses is advantageous.

Location: Northwich – Hybrid

This role follows a hybrid working pattern, 3 days a week in office - candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Northwich office.

This isn't a traditional reporting role. You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, and senior leaders, providing commercial insight and financial challenge on complex customer contracts, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
