Finatal is representing a PE-backed, £300m+ revenue, EBITDA positive manufacturing services business, which is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner / FP&A analyst reporting to the Head of FP&A. The role focuses on driving financial performance and strategic decision-making across the organization, with proven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, ensuring robust financial models, retention tracking, and analysis of group sales performance.
2. Partner with key stakeholders across the business, providing strategic insights and financial guidance to drive performance.
3. Monitor and report on KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and proactive risk/opportunity management.
4. Support the Head of FP&A in delivering high-quality financial insights, board reporting, and investor updates.
5. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, GTM planning & reporting, and analytics to enhance decision-making, working with analytics teams to build real-time dashboards and pipeline analysis.
6. Collaborate with operational teams to translate financial data into actionable business strategies.

Requirements:

1. Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) with significant experience in a commercial finance role.
2. Must have sales/marketing experience at a group level (Sales Metrics, KPIs, etc.).
3. Experience working in a large sales organization, with large-scale business partnering with sales teams.
4. Experience in a high-growth PE-backed business of similar scale.
5. Strong financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience, ideally within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
6. Advanced Excel skills, along with experience in Microsoft CRM, Power BI, and dashboard/reporting tools.
7. Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders, translating complex financial information into strategic insights.
8. Excellent analytical skills, with experience in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and KPI monitoring.
9. Hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for driving business performance.
