Job summary

Butler Rose is recruiting an FP&A Analyst in Exeter to drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial reporting. You will partner with senior leadership to shape performance insights and support growth through high-quality analysis.

The role offers exposure to a growing business, with opportunities to develop modern FP&A practices and dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query or reporting tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Salary: GBP50000 - GBP55000 per annum

Butler Rose is exclusively recruiting a commercially focused FP&A Analyst for a growing Exeter based business. The role will support strategic decision-making through high-quality financial planning, reporting and analysis. This is a highly visible role, partnering with senior leadership to drive performance, improve reporting capabilities and support future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Support workforce planning and resource analysis.

About You
