Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with strong FP&A background.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business partnering, or financial analysis.
• Strong data analysis and financial modelling capabilities.
• Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with genuine interest in business performance.
• Advanced Excel skills; able to work with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and commercial leaders to provide financial insight and performance challenge.
• Deliver profitability analysis across products, customers, and business units.
• Support strategic projects through detailed financial evaluation and investment appraisal.
• Develop KPIs and performance dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making.

• Provide commercial support for pricing, margin improvement, and cost optimisation initiatives.

This is a key commercial finance position offering significant exposure to senior leadership across the business. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality financial insight, challenging operational performance, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Working across multiple business functions, you'll act as a trusted finance partner, helping decision-makers understand financial performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified

Desirable Experience

• Manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, or other operationally focused environments.
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, or similar BI and reporting tools.
• Exposure to ERP systems and performance reporting automation.
