FP&A Analyst Basingstoke (Hybrid)
GBP50,000 + Benefits Global Business 2 Days in Office

We re recruiting an ambitious and analytically minded FP&A Analyst to join a growing global business based in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Excel skills and a passion for data and commercial insight to step into a visible, impactful finance role.

You ll be part of a collaborative finance team, supporting planning, reporting, and analysis across an international operation. This is a hybrid position, with two days per week in the office and flexibility around home working.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

• Prepare monthly performance reports and variance analysis

• Support commercial teams with data-driven insight and reporting

• Work on ad-hoc projects to support strategic decision-making

• Help develop and improve financial models, dashboards, and internal reporting tools

• Collaborate with finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business

What we re looking for:

• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

• Confident working with large data sets and turning numbers into insight

• Previous experience in FP&A, management accounts, or a financial analyst-type role

• Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders

• Detail-oriented, organised, and curious

• Experience working in a global or multi-entity environment is a bonus (but not essential)
