• Strong hand-eye coordination for operating sewing machines.

• Comfortable operating sewing machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, flowcharts, and build plans.
• Operate industrial sewing machines (single/double needle, overlock).
• Sew and reinforce fabrics, Velcro, webbing, and other materials to specification.
• Produce accurate, high-quality work to specified measurements and tolerances.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Monitor work and stay self-motivated and focused.
• Follow instructions and adhere to company processes and quality standards.
