Job summary

Grainger & Worrall in Bridgnorth is seeking a CNC Setter/Programmer with milling experience across 3-5 axis. You will set up, prove out, and program online, select tools, and back up existing programs to support timely production.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri), with a up to £18.87 per hour (~£36.8k per year) depending on experience and a strong benefits package including pension, health insurance, and onsite parking.

About The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our machined products.

What You’ll Be Doing

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a CNC Setter / Programmer with Milling experience in 3‑5 axis horizonal and vertical operating, setting and programming.

It Would Also Be Great If You Have

• Experience with HAAS, MAZAK, MATSUURA or similar controls/machining centres.
• Experience working with 3-5 axis milling machines
• Knowledge or experience in identifying opportunities for process optimisation without compromising on quality or tolerances
• Ability to travel to site
