A leading fintech company is seeking a Founding Solutions Engineer to join their hybrid team in London. Candidates should have 5–10 years of experience in software engineering or technical roles, with strong skills in APIs and fintech. The compensation includes a salary up to £150k plus meaningful equity, reflecting the company's growth trajectory and potential impact.
Formación
- 5–10 years' experience in software engineering or a technical partner role.
- 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Partner Engineer, or similar.
- Experience within fintech and blockchain is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Act as the primary technical contact for partners.
- Guide customers through API integrations and onboarding.
- Work closely with backend engineers to design scalable APIs.
Conocimientos
Experience in software engineering or technical partner roles
Experience with APIs and system integrations
Strong experience within card payments
Comfortable in ambiguous environments
Product-minded with strong commercial awareness
