Founding Software Engineer – AI

Location: Bristol (Onsite)

We are seeking senior-level software engineers to join a well-backed AI-native startup aiming for a $1bn valuation. Founded by leading AI experts, the company is looking for an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and support ongoing growth. Ideally, candidates will have experience in an AI startup focusing on improving the efficiency of established LLM models and algorithms.

• Proficiency in Python
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, full-stack frameworks
• Experience in web development (TypeScript / React) – nice to have
