Founding Software Engineer – AI

London Onsite (relocation fee of £10,000 paid on acceptance) + Equity

I'm looking to speak with senior-level software engineers interested in joining a well-backed AI-native start-up aiming for a $1bn valuation. Founded by some of the brightest minds in AI, they're seeking an energetic, passionate founding engineer to help ship products quickly and support growth. Ideally, you'll have experience in an AI start-up focused on increasing efficiency of established LLM models and algorithms.

• High proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end development, full-stack frameworks.
• Experience in web development (TypeScript / React) – nice to have.
