numi is seeking a Founding Quant to join the two co-founders in building the firm's trading arm from scratch. You will own the trade lifecycle and drive end-to-end Alpha Generation, Research, and Execution, with a focus on autonomous predictive intelligence in fast markets.

The role sits between the exchange and the code, coordinating execution at scale. Candidates should have a top-tier university background, strong Python (research/data) and C++ (low latency/opt) skills, and a desire to deploy

Competenze

• Pedigree: Top-tier university background.
• Background: Currently at a top shop but tired of the bureaucracy.
• Tech: Strong Python (Research/Data) + Proficiency in C++ (Low Latency/Opt).

Mansioni

• Execution: Own the trade lifecycle. If the agent has conviction, it trades.
• Scale: We are testing at small scale; your goal is to deploy the VC capital and scale volume significantly.
