Job summary

Quantum Light is seeking a world-class AI Researcher with a quantitative trading background to join a newly forming team. You will lead our AI research on developing a quantitative investment strategy for VC and help shape the foundation of our AI-driven trading platform.

This role focuses on building scalable AI quant research capabilities, evaluating architectures, and integrating signal sources. You will collaborate with ML and trading teams to push the frontier of AI-powered quantitative

Qualifications

• Experience training complex neural networks for production systems.
• Background in quantitative trading or research.
• Strong knowledge of PyTorch internals, GPU architectures, quantization, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI research on developing a quantitative investment strategy for VC.
• Critically evaluate and improve our existing pipeline.
• Apply your quant trading background to develop new sources of signal for VC.
• Build out AI quant research function as it scales.
