Job summary

Oho Group is seeking a Founding Machine Learning Engineer in London to join an early-stage AI startup. You will own core ML systems from day one, drive experimentation, model development, and deployment, and directly influence both technology and product as the company grows.

You will work closely with the founders, have significant ownership, and the freedom to move quickly in a fast-paced environment at the earliest stage of the company.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional ML experience
• Degree in ML, CS, Math or related field
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
• Experience deploying ML models to production
• Experience in early-stage startups preferred

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of core ML systems from day one
• Develop, evaluate and deploy ML models to production
• Collaborate with founding team to influence product and technical direction
• Work across experimentation, model development, evaluation and deployment
