Responsibilities

• Lead the opening and growth of a new school with the highest standards of education, care and inclusion.
• Shape and drive the school’s vision and curriculum development.
• Inspire and develop staff and pupils to reach their full potential.
• Build strong partnerships with pupils, families and leaders across The Circle Trust.
• Continue to develop leadership through ongoing professional learning across the Trust.
