The successful candidate will work with governors to build a culture where everyone can contribute and succeed, and will prioritize inclusive practices and outstanding pupil outcomes.

• Experience in developing staff through coaching and support
• Commitment to improving teaching and learning
• Ability to uphold and develop a Christian ethos within the school community
