Job summary

Firstwork is seeking its first marketing leader to own positioning, messaging, brand and design. You will guide product marketing and launches, and drive demand generation with a pipeline target.

You will lead executive marketing through curated dinners, roundtables, and industry events, while shaping the website, case studies and references. You will manage research-led launches with Editorial, ensure consistent voice across channels, and build a publishing calendar.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in B2B marketing.
• Experience marketing something technical to an enterprise buyer who is not technical.
• Strong writing; this will be tested.

Responsibilities

• Positioning, messaging, brand and design direction.
• Product marketing and launches.
• Demand generation, with a pipeline number attached to it.
• Executive marketing, including curated dinners, roundtables and industry events.
• Website, customer stories and references.
• Research and report launches, run with Research and Editorial.
• Social, including the CEO's LinkedIn, the company channels and our public voice.
• Publishing calendar and distribution across every channel we have.
• Analyst relations.
• Hiring the marketing team, starting with a Programs and Events Manager.
