Job summary

LinuxRecruit is seeking a founding engineer to work with the founders and technical leadership to build automation and AI directly into frontline workflows. You will have real ownership from day one and see the impact of your work in real customers.

This is a true 0-1 build role where you’ll design and ship critical systems, guide architectural decisions, and scale infrastructure as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Is a polyglot engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems.
• Has built and shipped AI-powered products, workflow automation, or similar systems in production.
• Has a strong builder mindset and enjoys moving quickly while taking ownership.
• Has experience working in an early-stage startup environment.

Overview
