Stott and May partners with a seed-funded AI startup building real-time software for critical infrastructure. They seek a Founding Engineer to help shape product and technical direction from day one.

You'll own features end-to-end, design scalable architectures, and work closely with customers to deliver real-world impact, with significant ownership and influence on engineering culture in London.

Role is on-site in London, with competitive salary and equity.

Founding Engineer– Competitive Salary and above market equity- 5-days on-site in London

I'm partnering with a seed-funded, early-stage AI start-up that's building intelligent software to solve complex operational challenges within critical infrastructure & aerospace.

As part of their ambitious and on-going growth, they are looking to bring on board an ambitious Founding Engineer to collaborate with their team of brilliant, sharp minds where you'll have the opportunity to shape both the product and technical direction from day one, working alongside an exceptional founding team with deep industry expertise.
