Aspire Project is a London-based pre-seed startup building an AI-enabled financial planning platform for young people, led by an experienced founder. We seek a Founding Engineer to own the full tech stack—React Native, Python, and Supabase—and transition from part-time to full-time leadership as the product grows.

You will architect and ship end-to-end features, shape the technical roadmap with the founder, and manage deployment at scale using Railway and Supabase, delivering a mobile-first

Qualifications

• Experience as Founding Engineer or Senior Software Engineer in a VC-backed or accelerator-backed startup.
• Full-stack proficiency with React Native and Python, plus experience managing cloud infrastructure and databases.
• Comfortable transitioning from part-time founding role to full-time leadership.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end features across the mobile app and backend infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the founder to define the technical roadmap and critical architectural decisions.
• Manage deployment and scaling of the product using Railway and Supabase with high-quality, rapid shipping.
