Job summary

TechTree is building an AI agent layer to fix the $3T insurance market. We’ll ship across the stack—frontend, backend and infrastructure—owning features from idea to production and collaborating with founders to shape how insurers place billions in business.

We are seeking early-career engineers (2–8 years) who can ship from scratch in a startup environment. This is an in-office role in London with equity and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to ship real product features end-to-end.
• Experience working in early-stage or resource-constrained environments.
• Willingness to work in a London office.

Responsibilities
