Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineer with architectural judgement and experience shipping B2B or enterprise software.
• Comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity.
• Strong ownership and decision-making without waiting for perfectly defined requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship core product and platform capabilities.
• Turn customer and company priorities into an engineering plan, owning scope and delivery.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand technical needs and trade-offs.
• Turn learnings into scalable product, not one-off developments.
• Contribute to architecture and platform decisions with the CTO.
• Maintain a reliable, secure, maintainable enterprise platform.
• Use AI-native development tools and rethink how a small team operates.
