Noir is seeking a Co-Founder & CTO to lead the technology vision for a next-generation AI platform serving luxury and ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will own the architecture, set technical direction, and build a founding engineering team, with meaningful equity and freedom to shape product and culture from day one.

You should have a proven track record deploying AI systems in production (LLMs, RAG, AI agents), architecting secure, scalable platforms, and delivering hands-on leadership.

Qualificações

• Proven track record building AI systems in production.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines and AI agents.
• Ability to architect secure, scalable enterprise platforms.
