Job summary

Sanderson King, a premium consumer brand in London, is looking for a Finance Director to build and lead a modern finance function in a fast-growth, multi-site environment. Hybrid working with the Founder and senior leadership.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, governance and performance analysis, drive profitability, support fundraising and investor reporting, and help shape the long-term financial strategy. This is a hands-on, commercially minded role that combines strategy with execution.

Finance Director / CFO

A premium, multi-site brand - with clear ambitions to become the Third Space within its category - is now looking to appoint a Finance Director to help shape and scale the business through its next phase of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a modern finance function within a high-growth environment, partnering directly with the Founder and senior leadership team.

The role:

• Lead the day-to-day finance function and support overall business growth
• Build scalable financial processes, reporting and controls
• Own budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
• Partner closely with the Founder on commercial and operational decision-making
• Drive site-level profitability, margin optimisation and cost control
• Support future fundraising activity and investor reporting
• Improve systems, visibility and financial governance as the business scales
• Help shape longer-term financial strategy and operational planning

The detail:

• £100,000–£125,000 base salary
• Bonus and potential equity participation for the right individual

Alongside this, we’re also supporting the appointment of an HR Director and CTO as part of the broader leadership build-out.
