A London-based FMCG/Consumer business is seeking a Senior Divisional Manager to serve as their first Finance Director. This hands-on role will focus on building and leading a high-performing finance team, scaling the business, and providing commercial insight. The ideal candidate will hold an accounting qualification, possess extensive experience in the FMCG sector, and have demonstrated success in team building and working with investors. The position is fully office-based in Central London and includes a share scheme.

Are you a hands‑on Finance Director who enjoys working with ambitious business owner founders? Does working for a high‑growth start‑up that is scaling nationally and internationally interest you? Do you have experience of working in FMCG or Consumer? Henderson Scott is working exclusively with a London‑based FMCG/Consumer business looking for their first Finance Director. As Finance Director you will play an integral role in scaling this business. This hands‑on role will be based in Central London and will involve building a finance team, scaling the business, providing commercial insight and working with the owner/founders to deliver their vision.

Compensation & Benefits
