Job summary

A London-based FMCG/Consumer business is seeking a Senior Divisional Manager to serve as their first Finance Director. This hands-on role will focus on building and leading a high-performing finance team, scaling the business, and providing commercial insight. The ideal candidate will hold an accounting qualification, possess extensive experience in the FMCG sector, and have demonstrated success in team building and working with investors. The position is fully office-based in Central London and includes a share scheme.
