Acceler8 Talent seeks a founding engineer for its Real-Time Operations Platform in London. You will own the backend, design scalable event-driven systems and work closely with customers to translate operational lessons into product improvements.

We value top university backgrounds, startup mindsets, and hands-on experience with Python and TypeScript. Remote work is allowed only by exception; UK work authorization is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience shipping real systems to production.
• Experience with Python and TypeScript is preferred.
• Top university background and startup mindset.
• Applied AI and customer-facing infrastructure experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the backend end-to-end across the platform.
• Collaborate with customers and help hire future engineers.
• Tackle challenges in multi-tenant SaaS, event-driven architectures, and legacy integrations.
• Contribute to production-grade, resilient systems.
