Attis Global Ltd seeks a Founding Backend Engineer to own the core infrastructure guiding real-world operational movements on airport tarmacs. You'll build resilient, real-time backend systems using Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS, tackling distributed challenges and integrating legacy data feeds.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production backend engineering experience.
• Deep, demonstrable expertise in Python, AWS, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong background building event-driven architectures and robust state machines.
• Ability to work fully on-site in Central London.

Responsibilities

• Completely own backend platforms processing real-time operational events.
• Architect and scale systems using Python, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Solve distributed challenges: concurrent writes, out-of-order events, and bounded latency.
• Integrate modern cloud systems with deeply legacy, uncooperative data feeds.
• Go on-site to observe live operations and collaborate directly with end-users.
