Delfa AI is building autonomous AI agents to automate clinical trials, with a London-based team working onsite. You will design, build, and scale core AI systems, owning projects end-to-end from architecture to deployment, and continuously improving the tooling and platform to speed up getting life-saving treatments to market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.
• Track record of delivering high-quality products quickly.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI agent systems end-to-end across trial sites.
• Own complex projects from architecture to deployment with technical autonomy.
• Build and evolve infrastructure, observability, and monitoring for reliability at scale.
• Integrate cutting-edge models into production workflows and evaluate new capabilities.
• Design robust data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and serving healthcare data.
• Continuously improve internal AI tooling and platform to unlock new use cases.
