Job summary

Delfa is building autonomous AI agents to automate clinical trials from our London office. You’ll join a small, high-performance team to design, build, and scale AI agent systems end-to-end, from voice interactions to workflow orchestration across trial sites.

You’ll own complex projects from architecture to deployment, improve data pipelines, and integrate cutting-edge models into production while delivering real-world impact on patient outcomes.

• 3+ years of professional full-stack engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI agent systems end-to-end: from voice interactions to intelligent workflow orchestration across trial sites.
• Own complex projects from architecture to deployment with autonomy over technical decisions.
• Build and evolve infrastructure, observability, and monitoring for quality and scale.
• Integrate cutting-edge models from AI labs into production workflows.
• Design robust data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and serving healthcare data.
• Continuously improve internal AI tooling and platform to unlock new use cases and velocity.
