They already have paying customers and meaningful revenue and are hiring a Founding AI Platform Engineer to establish the technical foundation alongside the founders.

Qualifications

• Strong Python/backend engineering experience with hands-on production experience building LLM agents, RAG or AI-powered systems.
• Comfortable working across backend, AI and infrastructure rather than one narrow lane.

Responsibilities

• Own backend systems and APIs powering the platform.
• Ensure evaluation, observability and reliability of AI systems.
• Develop tooling, CI/CD and AI-native engineering workflows.
