London AI Start-Up is seeking a Founding Infrastructure Engineer to own the foundations of our cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and security as we scale our AI products. You will shape the technical groundwork with a hands-on approach and collaborate closely with a small engineering team.

You will drive reliability, security, and data pipelines across the stack, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD to enable rapid growth and robust AI services.

Formación

• 1–5 years of professional software/infrastructure experience.
• Experience with production infrastructure for AI-powered products.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) and modern tooling.
• Understanding of security, access controls, data protection and compliance.
• Hands-on with reliability, observability, database performance and data pipelines.
• Previous early-stage start-up experience and willingness to own significant areas.

Responsabilidades

• Own the cloud infrastructure, platform engineering and security underpinning the company's AI systems.
• Shape the technical foundations as the company scales.
• Build infrastructure powering cutting-edge AI products.
• Influence cloud architecture, platform engineering and security strategy.
• Work alongside a small, high-calibre engineering team to deliver reliable infra.
