Job summary

Plan:it is an early-stage AI startup building agent-based products for regulated industries. You will join as a true Founding Engineer, working closely with a founding team to shape product and engineering culture from the ground up.

You will work on production-grade agentic systems, in-house AI tooling, and complex workflows in regulated environments, where reliability and accuracy matter most. You will influence product and architecture direction from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building AI/agentic systems in production.
• Degree in CS from a top university preferred.
• Ability to lead architecture and product direction in an early-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade agentic systems.
• Develop in-house AI tooling and infrastructure.
• Design and implement complex workflows in regulated environments.
• Focus on reliability, evaluation, and accuracy of systems.
