The Talent Collective is helping a Cambridge startup find an exceptional Founder's Associate. You will work directly with the founders, gaining hands-on experience across commercial strategy, fundraising, customer engagement, market intelligence and operations.

• STEM background is valued, especially from Oxford or Cambridge
• Experience from top-tier strategy consulting is a plus

The Talent Collective are working with a Cambridge Start up, looking for an exceptional Oxbridge graduate or early-career professional to join us as our Founder's Associate.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly alongside the founders, gaining first-hand experience of what it takes to build a world-changing deep-tech company. From commercial strategy and fundraising to customer engagement, market intelligence and business operations, you'll be involved in the decisions that shape their growth.

No previous experience is required. We're looking for outstanding potential, intellectual curiosity and people who enjoy solving complex problems.
