This office-based role works directly with the founders to shape daily operations, hiring, and people experience. It is a fast-paced environment valuing ownership and practical impact.

You will screen candidates, craft communications, and set high standards for how the team operates and grows with the company.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years experience where you organised people and juggle priorities (startup, accelerator, consulting, VC, or founder associate).
• Able to manage multiple priorities and determine what matters most today.
• Efficient at fixing processes rather than simply absorbing them.
• Excellent writing skills for company communications.

Responsibilities

• Define how ClaimSorted operates day to day, including cadence, processes and tools.
• Own the candidate and employee experience end to end and build systems to maintain quality.
• Set the standard for how we communicate internally and externally, including voice and templates.
• Act as the first filter on the hiring pipeline: conduct screening calls and shape shortlists.
