Qualifications

• 3-5 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a high-growth start-up.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to turn strategic plans into tangible results with a bias for action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Break down high-level objectives into actionable tasks with timely delivery across departments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with commercial, marketing, operations, finance and product teams to align on initiatives.
• End-to-End Project Delivery: Own cross-functional projects from scoping to completion with clear reporting.
• Operational Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements based on data.
• Investor & Board Support: Prepare materials for investors and board meetings with data-driven insights.
• Ad-hoc Leadership Support: Provide hands-on support to Founder and leadership in changing priorities.
