Job summary

Kingsford Group is seeking a Founder's Associate as part of a two-year Graduate Executive Trainee Programme in Edinburgh. You will work directly with the CEO across Kingsford Estates and Let Tech Solutions, handling market research, financial modelling and strategic analyses.

The first year is fast-paced with increasing responsibility, leading to a permanent management role. You'll gain broad exposure to property, technology, operations and investment while benefiting from funded professional

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.
• 0-3 years' work experience.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Confident using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong commercial curiosity and an interest in property and technology.
• Professional, personable and confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Sound judgement and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead strategic projects from inception through to completion.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies and commercial analysis.
• Build financial models and analyse business data.
• Prepare business cases, presentations and briefing papers.
• Produce management reports and performance dashboards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, AI and automation.
• Attend commercial, operational and product meetings.
• Support the CEO with research, analysis and ad-hoc projects.
• Track actions and ensure projects are followed through to completion.
• Work with teams and stakeholders across both businesses.
• Handle confidential commercial and personal information with discretion.
