Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Founder's Associate for its Marketplaces function in London. You will work directly with senior leadership to scale the UK marketplace, own promotions and pricing, and monitor daily performance to drive growth and profitability.

You will build forecasting tools, trackers, and weekly reviews, while partnering with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations to seize growth opportunities and optimize investments.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Proven leadership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic planning and senior leadership reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets for forecasts, trackers, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Scale and optimise Gopuff’s UK marketplace through strategic initiatives and operational execution.
• Own promotions, pricing, merchandising, and marketing across marketplace platforms.
• Monitor performance daily and implement solutions to grow profitability and customer experience.
• Build trackers, forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and weekly reviews.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on promotions, pricing, customer behaviour, and performance.
• Support partnership management and joint business opportunities with marketplace partners.
• Assist P&L management by evaluating performance and investment efficiency.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Product and Operations teams.
