Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Strong statistical analysis and experiment design.
• Bachelor’s degree beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative analytics approaches to understand performance and customers.
• Conduct quantitative analysis and experimentation to derive actionable insights.
• Influence leadership and cross-functional teams through data-backed recommendations.
• Partner with central Analytics & Data Engineering to build scalable data pipelines.
• Build models/tools to inform pricing strategies and maximize margins.
• Support customer insights and embed learnings into workflows.
• Foster a data-driven culture by coaching teams and improving data literacy.
• Mentor other analysts to grow skills and deliver high-quality results.
