Jumpstart in London is seeking ambitious generalists on our founder‑led stream. You’ll work closely with the founder on high‑profile strategic projects and gain exposure across finance, operations and strategy.

Ideal candidates are ACA qualified or working towards it, with 1–5 years in corporate finance, FP&A or accounting, and a demonstrated ability to move fast and take ownership from day one. If you’re excited by high‑growth startups, you’ll fit right in.

Roles

All roles on our generalist stream are generalist in nature. Regardless of the job title (Founder’s Associate, Finance Associate etc.), you’ll typically work closely with the founder on high‑profile strategic projects.

We're specifically looking for candidates with a finance background, ideally accounting qualified (ACA or equivalent), with commercial or corporate finance experience who are ready to make a move into the startup world.

Progression is often rapid & how you progress depends on how you want to grow your career. Our alumni have gone on to more senior roles including Chief of Staff, Head of Finance, and COO roles.
