Humanoid, a pioneering robotics company, seeks a Personal Brand Lead for the Marketing team in London. The role focuses on shaping and amplifying the founder’s public presence through media engagements, content creation, and speaking opportunities.

You will build a robust media network across tech and robotics, manage the founder's public image, and lead social media with a consistent voice across platforms. Collaboration with world-class engineers and researchers is essential.

Qualifications

• More than 5 years of experience managing a founder's personal brand or public figure branding.
• Extensive network of Tier-1 and Tier-2 media contacts across tech/AI/robotics in US/UK/Europe.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive personal brand strategy for the founder.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists and influencers.
• Secure interviews, features and bylined articles in relevant outlets.
• Oversee creation of content such as articles, social posts, speeches and thought leadership.
• Arrange speaking opportunities at conferences and industry events.
• Prepare the founder for public appearances and media interactions.
• Monitor and manage the founder's public image and reputation.
• Lead social media strategy and ensure authentic messaging across platforms.
• Track performance metrics and adjust brand development strategies.
