NHS Foundation School Co-ordinator and Study Leave Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting the delivery of the Foundation Programme within the Trust, organizing speakers, scheduling the programme and liaising with departmental administrators to secure bookings and monitor attendance.

You will edit recorded teaching sessions, manage the Foundation teaching pages on Elev8, collate feedback, process study leave expenses, liaise with NHSE, and support induction days for resident doctors and the

Responsabilidades

• Organise speakers, schedule programme and secure bookings with departments.
• Record teaching attendance on relevant systems.
• Edit recorded teaching sessions and maintain Elev8 Foundation pages.
• Collate teaching feedback to ensure quality.
• Assist with study leave processes and expenses, liaising with NHSE.
• Support induction days for resident doctors and PGME activities.
• Monitor the Foundation Mailbox and respond to queries.
• Maintain spreadsheets for allocation of Foundation Doctors to posts/rotations.
• Contribute to development and delivery of the Trust's Foundation doctor induction programme.
